What to keep in mind when figuring out the cost of cleaning services for your office space

The most common way that cleaning services will charge is based on the sqaure footage of your office space and which cleaning services you are looking for. One example of this is for a 1000 Square Foot standard cleaning of your Suffolk County or Nassau County Office Space could cost between $50-$100. If you are looking for office deep cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting; this could cost betwen $100-$175 for the same square footage.

Testing

The device used for testing is a ATP surface test device. It is commonly used in the food and beverage industry to measure cleanliness. It is also used in the healthcare industry to verify satisfactory cleaning in emergency departments and intensive care units. It looks potential organisms on surfaces, And we use that as a means of determining a level of cleanliness.
